My journey began long before Medspa Hackers. 

For more than 30 years, I have built my path as an Engineer, Author, Problem Solver, and Legacy Builder. My work has always been rooted in understanding how things function, why systems succeed or fail, and how knowledge can be used to create better outcomes. I have spent my life studying problems from the inside out, not just accepting surface-level answers, but searching for the principles, patterns, and truth behind them. 

That same mindset led me to the medical spa and wellness industry. 

What I saw was an industry full of opportunity, talent, and transformation, but also one facing a serious gap: too many businesses were operating without a deep understanding of the technologies they depended on. Lasers, IPL, energy-based devices, treatment platforms, marketing systems, automation, and now AI-powered marketing solutions were being used every day, yet many professionals were left relying on treatment guides, presets, vendor instructions, and guesswork. 

I knew there had to be a better way.
