What is Founder pricing and how do I get it?
Founder pricing is a permanently locked preferred rate for the first 25 operators who come through the MedSpa Hackers funnel. Apply at medspahackers.com/apply. When the 25 spots fill, Founder pricing closes permanently — there is no future cohort.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. MedSpaOS has no contracts and no minimum commitment. Stay because it works, not because you signed something.
What does setup cost?
Setup is included for all customers. Founders also get optional hands-on implementation support at no extra charge. There are no hidden onboarding fees.
How long does setup take?
Under 14 days from your demo call to everything running live. We connect to your existing phone system, booking platform, and CRM — no ripping out your stack.
What if I have multiple locations?
MedSpaOS supports multi-location groups. Pricing for multi-location setups is discussed on your demo call. Revenue tracking and reporting are consolidated across locations.
